Orders
Minimum opening order - $200.00. Minimum reorder - $150.00.

Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice due to duty and foreign currency modifications.

Payment, Open Accounts Terms
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard or AMEX) for orders less than $500. No C.O.D. Open Account terms are net 30 Days. Bank and 3 credit references required. Accounts converted to credit card payments will be charged a 2% surcharge. Open invoices must be paid before another shipment will be made.

Dating
Net December 1 dating is available for orders over $1,500. Delivery of orders is in July and August. Net 90 for February delivery.

Changes or Order Cancellations
Changes or cancellations must be made 10 days prior to the scheduled shipping date otherwise there is a 15% restocking fee.

Shipments
Shipping terms are FOB our Easton, PA warehouse. We ship via Federal Express Ground unless a shipping and routing guide accompanies the order. Any changes to shipping instructions must in writing and received 10 days prior to shipping date.

Backorders
Please specify on each order if back orders are accepted. Orders that do not specify will be back ordered at our discretion. Back orders under $100.00 will be canceled by ERIK & MIKE. Please add canceled back orders to your reorder.

Shipping Damages
It is your responsibility to inspect goods when received and report any damages due to shipping directly to our Carrier (Fed Ex 800 463 3339).

Claims or Returns
Please remember our crafts are made by hand and may vary in size and color. Defective or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 7 days. Returns without prior approval or reported after 7 days will not be credited. Do not discard merchandise without authorization, credit will not be issued.

Refused
Refused shipments will be charged all freight costs, both in and out, plus a 15% restocking fee.
